Deep Relaxation Yoga (original name: Yin Yoga)
- It is a relaxed practice of floor postures with sitting and lying position, stay for a relatively long time। it’s different from the Traditional Hatha Yoga and no sun salutation।
- Very claming and slow practice which everyone can follow। No sweating, no hurry, no need to
- In a completely relax status, is more effective to release connective tissues and the joints tension। A Yin practice emphasizes the hips, thighs, pelvis and lower spine।
- Safely increase your flexibility। It is the ideal complement to more muscular exercise or the sore
- Helping us to build up our peaceful mind to release the stress from busy daily life and come back to the central theme of “balance”
