(original name: Yin Yoga)

- It is a relaxed practice of floor postures with sitting and lying position, stay for a relatively long time. It's different from the Traditional Hatha Yoga and no sun salutation.
- Very claming and slow practice which everyone can follow. No sweating, no hurry, no need to tolerate
- In a completely relax status, is more effective to release connective tissues and the joints tension. A Yin practice emphasizes the hips, thighs, pelvis and lower spine.
- Safely increase your flexibility. It is the ideal complement to more muscular exercise or the sore body.
- Helping us to build up our peaceful mind to release the stress from busy daily life and come back to the central theme of “balance”
