About Wellness Yoga & Pilates Studio


We arrange various Yoga and Pilates classes for school, corporation, government department, residential club house, hotel in one on one private training and group class। We are dedicated in class adjustment and renewal also committed to enriching health and the quality of life through a safety way.

Our teachers have been practicing and teaching yoga for the past 6 years ,we believes everyone can have a rejuvenate, healthy, happy, unique and open area for exploration. We teach in Yoga Studio, Club House, Hotel, School and teach OL after office hour in their workplace.

Dear Principal,

I am Yoga & Pilates teacher and Thank you for spend a few minutes on my email.

Would you like to let your teachers to relax and rejuvenate their body & brain after a busy day?

Since I had been teaching in Hong Kong Professional Teacher’s Union in 2005, afterward, I gave Yoga and Pilates class to teachers in several schools and universities. I would be appreciated to introduce the benefit of Yoga and Pilates to your teachers onward~

I would like to introduce you is a Rejuvenate Class - Deep Relaxation and Renewal Yoga Class, which is inspired by Yin Yoga, Paul Grilley [Yin Yoga Founder].

All you need is a cozy room(in school), and move your/ their step to the Deep Relaxation and Renewal Yoga class~

Its convenience that they can go straight to yoga class after teaching; after a recharged yoga class, they can choose to go back to prepare their teaching plan or go home to have a lovely family time~

What is Deep Relaxation and Renewal Yoga class and the difference between traditional yoga class?

It is a Slow, Long & Deep yoga.
Slow
- slow rhythm
Long - 2-5 minutes in each pose for release deep muscles & connective tissues
Deep - In a deep and completely relax status, is more effective to release connective tissues and the joints tension.

No sweating, no hurry, no need to tolerate

Most of the yoga floor postures are in seating and lying position, rarely in standing pose, that means use less effort, which is designed for people who standing or working in front of desk for a long day।


It safely increase the flexibility, is the ideal complement to more muscular exercise or the sore body. Also helping us to build up our peaceful mind to release the stress from busy daily life and come back to the central theme of “balance”, and have a good quality sleep that improve our health.



Every one can do yoga! Remember we no need a flexible body to practice yoga, the truth is yoga to bring you flexibility~ finally we may find it rejuvenate our mind~

About me-
I have been practicing and teaching yoga for the past 6 years, ever since I were introduced to yoga through dance, 10 years ago. In 2003, SARS brought health to my attention again. In 2004, I received a Yoga Instructor Certificate, which started my teaching journey.

Having graduated from Yoga Arts (Australia), I am a qualified 200 hours & Yoga Alliance (USA)teacher. Also I had completed Yin Yoga Teacher Training, and got Prana Flow Yoga Teacher Training Certificate, Pilates Certificate from POLESTAR Pilates ® Education (USA), qualified Advanced Personal Fitness Trainer, Sport Massage and Fitball Personal Trainer.

Class Descriptions


Yoga Basic
An introduction to the fundamentals of yoga with an explanation of the postures combined with correct breathing techniques. Class is conducted at a more relaxed pace where students are encouraged to ask questions. Ideal for first timers to yoga.

Hatha 1१
A standard, all levels class. Class with traditional Yoga poses, and synchronised with the breath, which is excellent conditioning for the body, breath and mind. Ideal for beginners.

Prana Flow Yoga 2 (Vinyasa)
It is a gentle, flowing practice form of Hatha Yoga. Slow, and taught in a flowing sequence, postures lead naturally from one to the next in breath-based. Often referred to as "moving meditation," an advanced yoga practice is one where students are able to maintain deep, consistent breath throughout their entire practice, regardless of the physical posture they are performing. In this manner, yoga teaches us to control our state of mind, regardless of the daily stresses we encounter.

Yin Yogaईन य़ोग
Exploring the body’s subtle energies। Long, deep stretching cultivating a peaceful and meditative mind.।

Yin Yang Yoga
This class blends the elements of yin yoga with those of vinyasa flow। The class includes some slow deep hip opening stretches and moves into a movement practice of connecting postures through breath .

Partner Yoga
With a partner, you can learn how to practice postures in a whole new way! Join this class and have fun learning about your own practice by helping your colleague, friend and family member! Practice together will increase communication, consideration and encouragement of each other. Partner Yoga is fun and designed for students with at least nine months' experience. Class will include people in pair and in group postures.

Pilates
Pilates Mat is a series of controlled, balance and integration of movements which is designed to increase both strengthen and lengthen the deeper muscles.
It encourages proper postural alignment and movement habit and is excellent for increasing efficiency of movement, improving body awareness and focus during the exercise, building concentration and calming the mind. Most of the exercise is in supine (lying on mat) and prone position, suitable for knee for knee pain and lower back pain students.

Private Yoga/ Pilates class
Tailor made one on one private class or small groups of up to three people and the teacher in your own place, home or workplace. Ideal for beginners and busy individuals that want more privacy and personal, attentive instruction.
